      Fredo,

I made a clip from some selected translations and when I set the clip to repeat to infinity then the results is weird. What did I do wrong?

        Rich,

        Nice model! A few remarks

        1. The change of position is due to the fact that you set the Repeat factor while the film time is at the end (8 seconds). So this may be normal in general.

        2. However, there was an horrible bug affecting Repeat and Pursue (probably introduced a few versions ago). I fixed it and republish v1.1b.

        3. Also, I think you should leverage clip grouping and oscillation to achieve an effect of wings flapping, as shown on the video below.

PS: By the way, how to attach a GIF file so that it only animates when you click on the image?

I was playing around to try and understand if I could animate only components and then have mirrored clones inherit the animation.

Maybe it's not possible or in missing something?

I am not cleared with "mirrored clones". But I think I understand that you would like an option whereby a movement applied to an instance of a component applies to all other instances (which is today not the case purposedly).

              Rich,

Is this what you have in mind?

              Animator - Global Instances.gif

I used a modified version of your model (removing the small rotations as you should use Spin instead).
The principles is that a movement defined on a component instance applies equally to all other instance which have the same parent.

Indeed, I need to build some GUI to introduce the functionality in Animator. As usual, this is what takes the more time!

              Fredo

Yes. Instances inheriting animation would be awesome.

                Can it be toggled on/off?
