Export Toolbars?
-
I worked very hard to get my 2015 the way I like it. I've made toolbars that are close in their layout to my AutoCad and other software I use. I've also configured shortcuts to the same functions across platforms. I'm now setting up SU2016. I found I was able export my shortcuts to 2016. Is there a method to do the same for my several custom toolbars?

I don't think there is... -
It would be nice if there was a way to do that but...
When I get ready to setup a new version of Sketchup, I make a screen shot of the previous version and import it into the new one as an image. That makes it an easy guide for placing toolbars to match the old version.

I can't seem to remember how I made my custom toolbars.
eg. Here is one I made with buttons that toggle Perspective/Parallel views, Display Profiles, Ungroup, and Unhide selected Geometry. I use these a lot. How I got access to those icons/functions I don't remember.

yes sir, i can confirm they work the same i managed to export my custom toolbar 100% working across SU8/SU15/SU16 migration
~~but unfortunately i think if OP did'nt set Jim's custom toolbars in SU15 he may have nothing to copypaste in SU16..
maybe still a good idea to be ready for SU17 ~~EDIT: i miss the post with the screenshot, so.. yes i can also confirm that: the buttons are from Jim's plugin.
to migrate that successfully, you should copypaste (from '15 plugins folder to '16 plugin folder) the file toolbars.rb and the folder "toolbars"
into the "toolbars" folder you can find the text files which actually control the toolbar creation/naming.hope this can help!
