I have trouble to make sphere with 100 sides circle and fallow-me tool!
I always get unfinished sphere.... no top!... top side of sphere is always open...
      What to do?

I assume you mean the Follow Me tool. You're working at too small of a size.

Try scaling your model up by a factor of 100 or even 1000 before running Follow Me.

I work with piping. I make it a point to always have the number of segments to evenly divided in to whole degrees. So as an example, I use for extra fine detail, 360 segments for 360 degrees, 1 seg/per/deg, 180, 2 seg/per/deg. Also as Dave indicates, scaling up always help.

If I going to divide a pipe segment into to some other degrees, I always make sure the division is made at full degrees.

          Just my two cents worth.

            SketchUp's built-in tolerance is 1/1000"
If your initial circle's segment length results in FollowMe geometry edges of shorter than 1/1000", then they won't get made - because SketchUp assumes the two ends are coincident and so skips on.
Then any dependent facets also get omitted etc...

This occurs in any operation making new geometry - like the native FollowMe, Intersect etc and any similar Plugins...

As was said before... Scale up temporarily to avoid these issues.
