Can't join Sketchup's own forum

On sketchup.com. At the first step it says:
Sorry, there was an error authorizing your Sketchup account. Perhaps you did not approve authorization?
Are those only for paid users??

It's free as far as I am aware.
You could ask here if you've any problem related to SketchUp until you or they gets things sorted.

ha.. i just logged out of that forum then tried to log back in and am getting the same thing.. no time to investigate right now.

I've seen some other reports of issues logging on to that site. It may have something to do with the use of Google+ for login? Haven't seen a definitive answer yet, though...

yeah, i use my google acct for that site.. i'll fiddle around with it a little later
