Purge deleting vray textures

When I purge my scene, I lose my textures on proxy models. Does anyone know a work around for this.

You should purge material only from Vray's material editor.
Or you could apply the materials you don't want to delete on some geometry somewhere. -
Or get/install my 'Purge All' plugin...
Then you can Purge and choose to exclude Materials from the operation.

That way you keep the SKP trim, but leave Materials unchanged... -

Already have your plugin installed TIG, very useful plugin- did not realise you could specify not to purge materials.
