      When I purge my scene, I lose my textures on proxy models. Does anyone know a work around for this.

        You should purge material only from Vray's material editor.
        Or you could apply the materials you don't want to delete on some geometry somewhere.

          Or get/install my 'Purge All' plugin...
          Then you can Purge and choose to exclude Materials from the operation.

          That way you keep the SKP trim, but leave Materials unchanged...

            Already have your plugin installed TIG, very useful plugin- did not realise you could specify not to purge materials.
