[Plugin] Components manager plugin
-
About the toolbars: It's not like they don't work at all, but they are not loaded properly, some are missing a few symbols, others are missing all of them. When I disable this plugin with Sketchucation Plugin manager, they work again.
Oh, and yeah, it's SU 2015.

- always asks on startup if I want to use my system's language
That's strange : do you have a file BGSketchup_Components_manager.ini in your plugin folder ?
No, I don't.

Hello Pherim,
Thank you for your explainations.
About toolbar editor, I'll contact plugin author to try understand where the issue comes.About translation issue, if you don't have the ini file, this means that your options are not solved.
Could you make a search for file BGSketchup_Composants.ini (sorry I made a mistake in previous file name) ?
You may find this file in root folder of plugins files : C:\Users*Pherim*\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2015\SketchUp\Plugins
Or in :
C:\Users*Pherim*\AppData\Local\TempIf this file doesn't exist, this means that Sketchup don't have permission to modify this folder.
If this file exists, please send it to me (after you change your translation option and close Sketchup).Thank you
Regards

Alright, I do have this ini. I deleted it before because I thought it belonged to the old version, as you gave me the wrong file name before. When I reactivated the plugin and saved the settings, a new ini was generated, but I had the same issue as before. Then I tried changing the language and then everything worked, the toolbars were loading again, as well. After changing the language back to English, everything still works as it should!
Maybe there is something wrong with the initial creation of the ini, but changing the language back and forth seems to help. -
Ok Pherim, thank you for this information.
These troubles come from plugin name which was a mix between French and English, therefore I changed it to full English...
That's why you had to delete previous version, and that's why ini file name was with old name (this is still an issue, but if no other users claim, I'll won't change it to avoid anymore issue). In any case, I hope you will continue to use my plugins ;o)

I'm afraid it causes crashes again when I use RoundCorner inside Components.

You're right !
I get where the issue comes from. Next version will correct it.

just posted ;o)

It works again, thanks!

It did work on my desktop PC when I wrote the last reply, but since then I was not at home and got a new laptop in the meantime on which also I use SU2015 64bit now, and again it crashes for me when RoundCorner is used inside components. Installed everything with the Plugin Store.

Could someone tell me whats going wrong? Great plugin by the way!!
Thanks Kurt

Have you also installed the author's 'Library' and restarted SketchUp ?

It is clearly explained in the plugin's download entry:

I've downloaded all updated plugins plus the library and still get the same message.

Have you tried a PM or email direct to the author ?

Is this plugin dead? Is there another xref management option?
