Render SU Section

Any of the rendering engines out there render a model showing an active section turned on? I cant use Zorro because its a really complex model and crashes when I try this method. I tried Vray and Maxwell and neither seem to do it.

And skalp's sections materials are compatible with Thea so they are automatically visible in a section without further configuration.
