Thea's material editor is something I'm trying to understand. I deconstruct materials that users share but it's still an arcane art.
I'd ask on the Thea forums but I'm afraid of Frederik

Well compared to KT's one it's really easy as far as I know, trust me.

pardon me,
so, it's allowed to share a model or material in the forum which file size exceed 2 MB?
thank you.PS: somehow i do think there are some similarities with massimo's leather mats in KT on the model.

Thanks, looks great!

There's a 4mb limit on file size and not all file types are recognised. It's best to zip your file if you run into problems.
You'll get a notification if the file type you're trying to upload is not allowed.

ooops, file not working... dl the zip, tried unzip, tells me:

Try 7zip, but of the 45 downloads yours is the first issue which would mean the error is on your machine.
Hopefully you can get it fixed.

I got extraction errors on my mac using the native OS unarchiver and the latest StuffIt expander. So, I booted into Windows 7 and got errors with Windows native extractor and Winrar. I tried 7zip and it extracted no problem.
Anyway got extracted and the model looks great thanks for sharing.

Thanks Rich, it worked after I used 7zip. Much thanks, great model.
cheers1 hr. later...
your amazing leather sofa looks spectacular in my new kitchen (still WIP)

Remember to swap out the leather material to maintain the mapping that way you can have any colour or material you like.
But that kitchen does look comfortable.

Thanks Rich, nicely done! Yeah, it's nice to clean up and re-purpose stuff from the warehouse, there are a lot of things that take just a little bit of time and they can be quite usable.

TLC is all is needed. Most good models on the 3DWH are probably .3ds imports just not yet optimised.

Very nice.
Thank you!
