Solar Angle

In Sketchup 7 you could easily adjust the solar angle without actually rotating the model for a desired effect. I have not been able to find the same tool/menu in Sketchup 8 being restricted to a realtime location for solar etc.
Is there a ruby or add on to Sketchup 8 to acheive the same effect as previous in 7?
Thank you,

In v8 there is the Solar North tool activated from Preferences > Extensions and then used from the View > Toolbars toolbar...

Wow, thanks! I've been looking for something like this! Now I won't have to painstakingly rotate my models to see which angle looks best with shadows. Just enter in a new angle and presto! Much appreciated.

Was very relieved to find this ruby.
