Help Identifying Plugins (images)

Hi all,
Can anyone help me identify the plugins/toolbars from the following screen grabs? I saw them in some tutorial videos and was interested in finding out what they do / if they'd be useful to me. Thanks.

The first set looks like one of the SCF powerbars.
The two on the far right of the second set are Component Spray and Fur.

May a cool idea will the same than the Plugin Index, A Toolbar index ?

Thomhom's UV Toolkit is before FredoScale.
