Is their a RepeatShortcut plugin? I've searched near & far

I hope this is understandable.. It would may be good to click once after box selecting, in goal of, repeating last command. The command being somekind of syhthesis combination type command. I'm thinking of this because I think might need to stick and unstick lines. In a sought out plugin. For instance, Drape and move. Or another automatic type of move where geometry lines are touching or eventually touching things that will stick.
So the importance is groups and lines able to toggle selecting with a repeat command. By the way, thanks. -

I think that there is not a 'repeat last tool/command' shortcut or command.
