Hello, im trying to pay for this plug in via subscription but there's a problem with the credit card payments and i dont think it's a problem on my end because i was able to pay for OTHER plugins. Im so desperate.

We use PayPal and Stripe for payment processing. We have no control over whether cards are accepted or not. That is solely between your bank and the payment processor you are using. -
Every now and then I reinstall my PC. Since the latest reinstall I get the message that seats in Roundcorner are exceeded. How to resolve this?

Near instant in most cases. Tops 1-2hrs.
Only time you don't get anything is when the payment processors and your bank have issues and the payment goes into Pending until resolved.
If you email support@sketchucation.com with payment details we can look it up to see.

I have already sent two mail to support, but no answer. The payment was ok
nothing in my licences or anything, no mail, no junk mail...
Dont know what to do. I really need this working.

I see an email in our Spam for your email address and when we replied we got the following:

You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.From our side we can see your licenses are at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php and have been since purchase.
