Also, please quote the error message correctly.

Are you also saying that you use AdditionalPluginFolders plugin to install plugins in an alternative directory?

Hi- manged to delete the original post so restated with additional info requested (!) I've been using Libfredo tools for a while but recently had a hardware issue with one of my drives unrelated to the SU 2023 (on win 11) install or the additional folders location. Basically SU graaaaduaalllyy froze along with my PC and I had to force a hardware shut down. On replacing the hardware and starting up SU again, I'm getting errors pop up- "You must install Libfredo6 or above"; I have manually reinstalled libfredo 6v_15.9 via SU from the additional folders location but it didn't work on reopening of SU with the same message. This is the followed by load errors of the extensions including libfredo, curviloft, fredoscale, fredospline, fredotools, fredocorner etc. Not getting licencing reports (presumably as they haven't loaded).

Weirdly, in SU extension manager I tried disabling the libfredo extensions, saving changes, closing SU, reopening and the extensions are still enabled!!! Any thoughts on a resolution please? Thanks

First update to SketchUp 2026. You must have an up to date SketchUp subscription since you are using SketchUp 2023 so you can update to 2026 at no additional charge.

Next, make sure SketchUp is installed correctly so that Windows 11 grants the required permissions to allow SketchUp to write the files it needs. Correct installation involves right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Sketchucation ExtensionStore installed and use it to install LibFredo6 and the other extensions.

After the update I got this error...Sketchup also won't boot! When I uninstall all Fredo-plugins Sketchup start-up again. Does anyone else has this problem?

No, did you try uodating SUClock to 3.1?

No! I don't even know what SUclock is...:( But when I remove all the FREDO-plugins Sketchup start normal again.

If you look at your error message it references SUClock 2.0

Hi Fredo since today 2 september I updated version LibFredo6 V16.0a 8 aug 2026 to the latest LibFredo6 V16.1a but all your plugins dont work anymore. Where can I find the prior version. I would love to get this old one. Because this version workes for me fine. I was working with curviloft and since the latest version it don't work.

I am working on the PC with SketchUp 2026. There is no error message but it does nothing. I tried several times to start SkectUp but it still doesn't do nothing.
I tried several of your plugins but they doesnt start

When you start Sketchup, do you see the menus for the plugins. Do you see the menu Window > LibFredo6 settings.....?
