Rework of 12 year old model.

Reworked and re-rendered. Of course I posted this at some D5 Render community on Facebook and the first comment is from some guy complaining that I ruined the render with too many wood texture. I deleted the post and unfollowed the group. To me it seems that they all post the same lifeless "modern" architecture. Whatever I guess. Looks fine to me. Plus I don't work for slave wages like you see in Upwork.

It is brilliant, as usual. Anyone who does not hire you is on seriously bad mushroom. That sort of 'trippin' can lead to breaking something when landing too.

@Gus-R no, by bad I mean awful. If you, out of curiosity, would like to see what is good render (and architecture) in "modern culture" is google berga & gonzales, renderbox magazine, bobak studio

Critique is good. It pushes someone to raise their level. For me, the feedback of 'awful' or 'bad' can be construed as a rude comment.
Gus' stuff may not be your flavour of the month. But I think critique, even when negative, should be delivered with at least a level of class.

Either grow some manners or, go do what you do somewhere else.
If you have a critique, deliver it, say what you think as good/bad and how you think the render may be revised.
Helping each other is what this forum is about, if you are having a bad day, ruining the day for someone else is simply childish.
