No context menu fo clothworks.
-
G'day,
First time I have used clothworks for a while. Made sure the latest build was installed but I have no context menu to set colliders and cloth etc. Any pointers please?
-
Are you context clicking a group?
-
Yes, I did a fresh install and the context menu is back but sketchup crashed on setting clothworks to run. I am going to run a few test models tomorrow and check to see if memory the issue now.
Thank you.

Hello to all.
I am having this issue. I've restarted Sketchup after installing the plugin & verifying that it's enabled, but no context menu when I right-click on a bare surface (not a group or a component).Any suggestions?

Read the instructions.

You need to have groups or components for the cloth and collider for Clothworks to work on.
There's no reason fo Clothworks to appear in the context menu if you are right clicking on a face since the extension doesn't work on that context.

@Dave-R Thanks for the reply.
So both the objects (the collider/table & the face/table cloth) must be in separate groups, and not click on them directly (inside the group).
Got it.I learned about Clothworks from an external source & their video tutorial did not specify that.
Thanks again for the clarification
Best regards. -
