retopology?

Hi guys I just did a model to render and was not happy with the car reflections, Somebody suggested that the car Model need some retopology, reflection aren’t working properly. This is a completely new to me could somebody assist me with this, I can share the model? I asked chap GTP but might as well be speaking another language

Is there a way to change tris to quads in a sketchup, a free plugin for example?

Quad face Tools has a conversion tool. But it’s hit or miss. You’ll need to manually remake quads.
If your going down the topology path it’s best to first understand to philosophy of quads in SketchUp. Once you grasp that then edge flow and methods are much easier approach.
There’s no magic bullet it’s brute forcing stuff until you start winning. Once the wins start to stack you begin understanding at a faster rate. Plus what you are learning will transfer to other apps.

It appears that the environment is being reflected and the model is transparent to that environment. All I can suggest after enlarging the image, the artifacts on the car appear to be leaf images.

There's a workflow I use where I exported quad meshes from Blender to OBJ format.
Thomthom's Quadface Tools has an OBJ import that converts the OBJ quads to SU quads.
Its probably a topic I should put together an article on so users can benefit from that type of pipeline. Having it my head it not benefitting anyone.
I know @panixia also has a particular approach to go from SU to Substance Painter and support UDIMs which is something the community would benefit from.
