I did the render again as i had issues with light not being aligned with source, tree branches trough windows carpet not grounded windows not aligned with concrete panel
Message to self; wear reading glasses when rendering

You are not seeing what happens beyond the frame of the image and what you are looking at is not a step as it has glass balustrade

Yup,, that is it, I was referring to the time in Sidney Canada
