That error message code means that your computer-name and the equivalent name in the license file don't match, so have you tried to copy or move files between computers and got into this muddle ?
You probably need to delete your main license file and reactivate the licenses for the extensions - also you probably need to release the licenses previously assigned to the wrong computer ??
It looks like you have got your set up in a bad tangle...
Rich or Fredo will probably chip in with more detailed advice on possible remedies... -

It opens the ruby console and outputs a series of helpful info for us.
As TIG mentions the error code is related to mismatch of name.
The fact that you don't get any output from the menu entry I mentioned and that you've already licensed other extensions successfully on 4 devices suggests a fundamental error locally.
Spend some time with your device/s and establish that your are running the latest Sketchucation Tools and LibFredo on all 4.
At https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php you can manage seats. If any seats are not available for online release then that means you have outdated extensions installed.
