Had a play with this over the weekend. Ying and Yang Eames lounge chairs. -

Is the exterior an image/backplate? If its not its yum yum fog!
Rug is a bit lumpy/floaty. Shame to put such expensive chairs on an untidy rug

Have to agree with Rich about the rug though. I’ve noticed it seems to be a “thing” lately to have area rugs all wrinkled up, I see it in a good number of renders…. A good job overall just the same, liking the mood -
I would always be afraid that some beast or villain(?) is looking at me from out there
especially when it gets even darker! 
A good render for me though with a nice light mood! -
I would be more than happy to lose weekends right in that very spot. A good book, some soft jazz. Some food and drink.

Hi Rich, the background is an image, sorry to say. I tried do do this image in TM but it was a train wreck, so I swithed to raylectron for that image. The rug well yes I agree in it is not up to scratch. This is only the start of working this image, the lighting was very challenging indeed. I will have another go with TM. Thing is I need to, or want to, use PT but that will not enable fog. Maybe I can do yjat in PS. I think that image has potential, so I will revisit it.
Anybody know a good source for a good #D carpet? -

I have been spending ages on fine tuning this image. This version is with TM, took a lot of experimentations. Oh and this rug is a worn period silk carpet, circa 1955 so not to far out for the Castiglioni Arco lamps and the release of the Eames lounge chair so 1955 through 1962

Bryan what you duscribed about the whisky and jazz was exactly the mood I was after, and you may note I have at your request put in sone B&O Beolab speakers for your enjoyment. Tuna Hornox and Bryan the whisky is on me
I probably spent 10 hours fine tuning the last render from the first, but I did learn some things I can carry with me -
