Can't get an arc radius/dimension
-
I've been having this problem a few times. I use the dimensions tool and I can't get a radius dimension off of an arc. It works on a circle, just not on an arc. Its usually after i'm all done with the model, I go back and try to put some dimensions on the parallel projections to print out.

If you have 'destroyed' the Arc by FollowMe or PushPull etc it's just exploded bits of a 'Curve' and it no longer has an accessible radius.
Chris Fullmer made a tool [search the Plugins Index] that finds the center of an 'exploded' arc from two picked edges - you then have the center so you can at least add a dimension from it to a vertex and adjust the text with say 'R=<>' to show the actual radius... -
I can't find Chris Fullmer or his tool on the Extensions Warehouse or internet. Do you have the name of that tool TIG? Would be really useful! Thanks.

You didn't find CLF Arc Centerpoint Finder? Is that the one you are looking for?
