Yeah, that really is a good idea. I have not updated any of my public plugins for a loooong time. I think it might be time to get doing that here eventually.

Just noticed there is a new version on Smustard (1.7.1). What is new in this version? Is the suggestion from above included?

No, the new version was just to make it compliant with the extension warehouse. I might have thrown in one or two code changes to speed things up, but typically its not the kind of speed change you'd notice unless you were doing a LOT of stringing.
