the dark triad test:
You scored 36Machiavellianism, 44 Narcissism, 33 Psychopathy
@unknownuser said:
Machiavellianism
25% is roughly normal range.
60% of more is the level for a personality disorder.Narcissism
25% is roughly normal range.
60% or more is the level for a personality disorder.Psychopathy
20% is roughly normal range.
Non-psychopathic compulsive criminals range between 45% and 55%.
If you have a score of 75% or more, it's more than likely that you are a psychopath.[i'm thinking my scores would come in less except i generally have a hard time choosing the 'strongly' agree/disagree answers with these types of tests or questions (some of the questions aren't very well written in that individual questions sometimes ask more than one thing instead of a precise point which one may actually feel 'strongly' about]
-
This would be the aptitude test for ideological bloggers?
-
^ hmm.. not really..
it's a psyche test from an online dating site which was created by a user of said site.. -
I was thinking it would be ideal for that purpose based on the titles of the categories. Well, maybe not the third category so much. Maybe it is an all purpose test
And before you get to thinking I mean anything personal that was not my intention. After all, this is a Forum. A place where anything presumably can be posted. And, I respect you.
-
huh.. I just wanted to know you guys' scores..
just posted mine bc it wouldn't be right to see yours without posting mineso wut 1 r u?

Just wiki it: "The word has a similar use in modern psychology where it describes one of the dark triad personalities, characterised by a duplicitous interpersonal style associated with cynical beliefs and pragmatic morality."
Somebody was probably cynically telling you it was for "the greater good" when they were screwing you over, Jeff. THAT would be machiavellian.
But maybe the "pragmatic morality" plays into the classic ethics class question as you say.

48,48,19 = trouble?

oookay, so I don't want to run across any of you in a dark alley...

in new orleans.. first time
good food & music.. everything else is kinda meh (except the mississippi.. that thing is awesome)..using sketchup instead of rhino on this gig.. (ie- not a very complicated project )
-
Right now I am getting ready for work, which means: doing a little work mostly emails, reading the SCF, drinking coffee, and "thinking about" getting ready to go to work.
And being envious of you. You're in friggin New Orleans! and I am just at home... And you can use Rhino, and I haven't even tried it yet!

If you like bars/drinking, be sure to check out Pat O'brien's and have a hurricane. And no trip to the French Quarter is complete without beignets at the Cafe' Du Monde.

went to the original cafe du monde last night and had coffee & beignets by the river.. there's one by my hotel too so I'll probably be getting my fill of chickory.. surprised they don't put Tabasco in their coffee down here
Bloody Mary is my drink this month.. i think the nola recipe is 1/3 vodka 1/3 tomato 1/3 pepper.. and an olive

(missed your post earlier)
with rhino, I just sort of got lucky.. I started messing around with it when the beta first came out.. did the tutorials and then never really tried to 'learn' it.. but now, I'm pretty good with it.. I think my sketchup knowledge transferred over?
it's just a matter of learning the difference between nurbs style modeling vs poly. -
@Jeff:
Did you happen to see the fellow in the tall demon costume lurking around Pat O's? That was a great costume. Decorated with cable tubing and a zillion zip ties of all colors. -

But a hurricane is a new Orleans original. It has light rum, dark rum, vodka, gin, and liquer. i think it has some friut juices, too, but with those other ingredients what does it matter?
