Non-delivery of purchased ebook from Sketchucation shop

Hey guys,
Never normally one to complain, but I purchased an ebook on the secrets behind car modeling in sketchup which I never received. I have the receipt from paypal but have never been able to download it, it just came up with an error saying I couldn't access the download page. I've emailed several times the email on the paypal receipt as the contact but haven't got any reply back?
Anyone know who I should contact regarding this?

I purchased a book through the sketchUcation Shop three days ago, but have not received any email from sketchUcation yet. Yes, I did check my spam folder.
Could someone please confirm that my purchase came through and let me know when I can expect to receive the download link for the book.

Could you please PM me the email address you used when you purchased the product? Or maybe your PayPal account email address? I could not find the email address you are registered with at SketchUcation among the shop purchases.
