make a blob and slice it up.. that's what they did.

You have the form made.
Make a group of it.
Use my Slicer tool on that - with appropriate slices' axis, thickness and gap etc... -
TIGs tool no doubt would be the easiest (I have not used It) but you could easily slice it manually with the native tools: draw some vertically oriented faces through the shape and intersect them with it. You are almost there.

Thanks everyone ,i solve the problem ,i use Bezier Spline plug and curviloft plug to build the shape ,then use the slicer plug ,so the result likes this
