Components import problem

So i import a set of components, only for the components to not show up. What's happening please? SU7 on a mac, we have had countless computer problems at work, but it was fine yesterday. Image attached.

Have you checked what layers are visible?

Check that...
All Layers are ON...
And that View > Hidden Geometry is ON...
And that Model Info > Statistics > Fix Problems... has been used

Okay I'll give it a go, it appears to be working again now. Although it says it is running evaluation copy, despite me putting in all the license info. . .
