Expertise needed on building victorian 3D model base on pic

Need them by tomorrow afternoon, you have your hands full my friend! I just wish I was good enough so I could help.
-
Whoever it is that expects you to do this within one day has very unreasonable expectations!
An expert modeler like Solo would probably take longer than that!!
Hopefully Solo will see this thread when he wakes up in Texas - which should be in the next hour or three... He [probably] can't do it for you 'for free'... but he might help you help yourself...
If your 'boss' [and I do use the term loosely because no one in real authority should set up a subordinate to fail in a given task] really needs this level of modeling to such tight deadlines he must either employ very skilled modelers or get you trained to the appropriate level asap or use an outside consultant like Solo who is known to be adept at this kind of work..... -

If I can't get it done, I'm done.
I gotta agree with TIG. Your employer isn't being reasonable. I'd go look for alternate employment where your qualifications and abilities are respected. This is the 2nd time you've needed urgent help so I'd say you need a change of scenery.
BTW, I'd like to see how that first sofa turned out. Obviously OK since you're still employed

Your boss is being unreasonable, asking you to create that in Sketchup with the amount of experiance you have is impossible, even with experiance it's challenging and time consuming.
I'd help you out if I was not busy, but unfortunately I'm swamped (good thing for me as a freelancer)
I have done similar stuff in the past for clients that needed customised peices, however they take a lot of time to create and they are not cheap, even by my very low rates.

Got an extension, until Friday. But more things to make. http://www.flickr.com/photos/63525071@N04/
Almost die, didn't have a chance to work on these furniture until now. Let me see if I can play with them now.
Cheer me up guys!

I would just like to see some of your finished SU models. I'd bet they're pretty good.

I've got to agree with everyone that the deadline is completely unreasonable. It would probably take me weeks to figure all the different elements needed for each chair (I wouldn't even know where to start with the scrolled frames).
For the cushions a good place to start would be the following two posts by Teezer and Solo:
-
I'd just go or some antique sofas in the Warehouse and paint them white saying that with this deadline, this is what's reasonable.
(Then you could have a day off saying you are modelling them)

Jet,
Did you get any help from anybody? Maybe try it on your own first and look at some tutorials from Chippwalters. I wish I could help but I am struggle on my own also.Good luck,

Ran out of time. Not as good as I expected, but my boss likes it. This is for your curiosity:
