In response to this SketchUp Bug: http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=11%26amp;t=28094
Some times you might end up with a model with multiple components sharing the same name. Which can cause all sorts of problems.

This scripts iterates all names and ensures they are all unique.

      Access from:
Menu: Plugins -> Fix Comp Names
      Console: TT_FixCompNames.fix_names

maybe this should be part of your cleanup script?

“There are three classes of people: those who see. Those who see when they are shown. Those who do not see.”

                Hi Thom,

Is 'Remove Materials' and 'Clean Up' added to 'Thomthom's Menu'? They still show up outside your menu on my PC? Oh, and 'UV Toolkit' also?

CleanUp 2.0 supports ThomThom's Menu. The ones that currently do (3 or 4) all have it listed in their descriptions.

                    Hi Thom,
                    Can be can help me!
I have a quantity of similar figures (absolutely identical), it is necessary to transform them to the same amount of a unique component. That is, Conversion of similar figures as copies of a unique component.
                    Thank you!
