CGTuts has this 70mb pack of 8 Ocean HDRIs for download here

They also have a few free textures here

Whilst i'm at it I found this little piece of work called FilerFrog

It's a nifty context-menu tool that has some killer features.

Filerfrog makes me think to Foldermenu, another killer app for windows...Give it a look at :

(foldermenu.sourceforge.net)

A big time saver to access your softs and folders.
