That is the same as what TIG showed - it's not Selection Toys, it's Guide Tools and Image Opacity that both require TT_Lib2. Note the 2 digit here.

      Selection Toys require TT_Lib 1.2.0
The two other plugins require TT_Lib 2.0.0

hmm... I see no reason why it would not load.
Are you looking for the menus in the Tools menu and the context menu?

There was another user that had problems with not seeing the menus of a plugin he'd installed - turned out that the plugins was correctly installed in SU8, but the user was launching SU7. (when you doubleclick .skp files Windows will launch the last SU version you used.)

And there are no errors at all when you start SU?

If you open Ruby Console, what output do you get when you type:

                  Select_Toys

                  load 'tt_selection_toys.rb'

                  TT_Lib::VERSION

                  ❓

I can make so sense why you would not have a Selection Toys menu item under tools and various Context Menu entries (which depend on what you right-click)

I was about to ask if you'd checked the Preferences for Selection Toys, but if you have not menu... I'm really stomped.

Can you post a screenshot of your Tools menu?

hm... I heard some people talk about not getting any startup errors in SU8. Maybe you experienced that and did not get any notification about any errors that prevented the plugin to load.

Whatever it was, I'm glad it work for you now. 😄

I see a general issue. There's is a unins000.dat and unins000.exe in his plugins folder. What plugin is this for ?

These files should be in the specificplugin subfolder, or else the installer will be overwriting these files for subsequently installed plugins, and the original plugin can no longer uninstalled with these files.
                              .

                              I'm not here much anymore.

Twilight Render, I assume. I mentioned the issue on the Twilight support forum, was told it's not a problem, and didn't follow-up.

Their installer need work anyway because when you install to a folder that is not the default - SketchUp 7 - none of the preset locations use the custom location and you need to change them manually. 😠

                                Hi

It wouldn't be a problem if the file names were say, uninsTLR.dat and uninsTLR.exe; anything but the installer's defaults.
