I find hotkeys are my down fall. 'Right hand on the mouse and left hand jumping around like a headless chicken....'
With my notebook on my lap, it only leaves my knees to steer the car and indicate if i feel the need.

I"ve read all the posts in this thread even though it's 5:54pm on Sunday night and I have a project due tomorrow and have at least 30 hours of work left to finish it.
Can you all say procrastinate. Hmm I better go take a nap so I will be ready to cram 30 hours of work into 10.
Ok so If I can take a nap well then I can watch TV for a while...then I get hungry so I better get something to eat....oops I"m getting sleepy after all I better make a pot of coffee...WOW look at the time I now only have 5 hours before the project is due and have to cram 30 hours of work into 5 hours.....
OK I better stop typing now and due some work.

I confess that I tried others famous 3D software in order to replace sketchup...but I always came back on SU I promess !!Definitly the better 3D modeler for lazy and impatient people like me...I also confess that I create layers to organize my model...but stop to use them after ten minutes...

This is a great book. Can't say I've mended my ways, but at least I know more about the problem. It has exercises and, if I ever get around to it, they might help....
