Nothing to be forgiven as no harm was made. I am extremely tired myself - I know how it is...

Dear Gaieus, My posting was a bit of nonsense. I wanted to show how I was using Sketchup for scientific illustration. Surprisingly enough, I already had a buyer before I posted. Thanks, Bob

And the SU front page misses the small "lines to faces to buildings" video that was the first thing to make me a convert in the early rel.3 days. Anssi

I agree with Susan. I think it would have been more than reasonable for the inspector to let you prove your case, and he didn't. Now, what was so pressing for the inspector that he could not let him take 30 seconds tops, and find the ticket? If the bin is full of tickets, does that mean that most people throw their ticket away right before they get off the bus, I'm guessing it does. In that case, it might be hard to find that one ticket and may take a lot more time. But if the inspector stays on the bus for the ride,(don't know if he does) he has a lot of time. Oh well, I suggest you keep that darn ticket next time and you should have no hassles . I wish I had more of the facts about the transportation process, it reminds me of my college law classes and having to state the Facts, Issue, Holding, and the reason for hundreds of cases.

James, while your at it you might want to look at getting a second drive (portable one, preferrably) to store your documents and other files in, rather than on your c-drive.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I think for the time being I am going to stick with the free version as I can not see the value of going to the pro version for what I am doing. Scott

Oh yeah, did I mention that my cat has deformed teeth? It sounds weirder than it looks, though.

My two cents would be to go whatever RW institution is close and inspriring to you, there round out your education with whatever liberal arts degree (major and minor) trips your trigger...literature, art history, etc. My biggest regret about my architecture college experience is not taking a broader range of courses, as my interests are now often spread thinner than my base...costing me precious hours now that often I wasted then.

solo, I found this link on the web. Compares the "Intel Core 2 duo e7300" with the " AMD Phenom x3 8600". They also threw other CPU's (admittedly, all Intel CPU's) into the mix for a better comparison.
