RE: Cookie cutters
The card came out great Jason! It was really fun bouncing ideas back and forth. Your execution was masterful
Once again, I've missed the boat for creating a really cool Christmas card. I always do this. I'm going to start in July next year!

There is play equipment manurfacturer here in Europe called Kompan. They has CAD models of all of their equipment on thier website.
Check it out
Toby, I looked all over their website and couldn't find the CAD models?
Marleous, Thank you for the model!

RE: Cookie cutters
Yes, I say leave it. I like the smaller amounts of flour like the one above.
Although replacing the cutter with the dough? put the cutter on the dough?

RE: Cookie cutters
What a great idea this is.
a few items....
The flour looks great!
The spoon looked great before, but now looks like it's made out of tin foil
Dough looks great with a little in the spoon and crumbs around, just an awesome attention to detail
and if I wasn't sure, I'd think you were having triplets, lol (but I really love the cut out!!) -
RE: Display cabinet
Wow! I have really enjoyed the collaboration on this project. Such a nice community has developed here
Bruce, you are doing a great job and so generous of your time. Thank you Gidon, Bruce and all other who have shared in this.
Eric... if I had been drinking milk when I saw that, I would have spit my milk too! That has hilarious.... -

RE: Finally snowing!
We got dumped on in Central Maine last night. It's beautiuful. I'm one of those really strange people that love the snow. Not that I'd want to be outside in it, but to sit here at my computer and be able to look out the window and watch it fall and everything turns white and "curvy" and smooth. I really love it.
I must admit tho, I am a total wimp when it comes to driving in it. I don't drive during storms. I just sit in my house and enjoy it, lol!
Last year (my first "real" winter) we didn't get snow until late January! A total rip off IMO!
Looks like a white Christmas this year. I'm looking forward to that!

RE: Cookie cutters
Jason, I just love this idea... I've been following it.
The last image with the dough is great (like Gaius said, a little angular on the sides, add some flour and you'll have it) One suggestion I have is the the dough that is rolled out. There is a crescent shape cut out. Since you said you were having a "new addition" to you family (congratulations, BTW!!!!) What if you used the cutter for the baby to cut a peice of dough out or something...... Or even just another shape then the crescent?
Great idea, you are very creative!

RE: How my nuts get cracked
So, at first I was afraid to open this. Glad I was brave enough.
Pete, you are a genious. I love your images... as usual. Do you ever get tired of people telling you how talented you are?

RE: Array or Copy Multiple?
Thanks again Gidon. I did the circular array. I just wasn't typing the "formula" in the right order. Very cool, I'm exciting. This will make placing corbels on a turret MUCH easier!

RE: Array or Copy Multiple?
WooHoo! I did it! Thank you so much Gidon!! and Edson! Very cool!

RE: Array or Copy Multiple?
I was talking to anyone
I have tried this before awhile ago and now again, but have never been able to get it to work.
I'm not doing it for any specific project. Just want to know how to do it as the occasion arises.
Thanks for your help
oh, just trying to do a circular array of any ole' object

RE: Array or Copy Multiple?
