That would make a great medical building, it looks like a disected torso.

Just tried to get the demo, but the Fry site seems to dislike me. I can't blame it, really.
As far as unbiased rendering goes, Fry looks pretty sweet. Tad cheaper than Maxwell, too. But waaaay more expensive than Indigo.
And Indigo's really easy to use. I find that important.
Haven't tried that one yet. Looks like a good app. Which it better be for 795 β¬.
How's the exporter?
Pretty decent 'product shot', though. What did you use? As a renderer, I mean - I'm not referring to, er, substances.
Hmm, imagine ... I bought MoI recently, and I've been fantasizing about a cross between SU and MoI a lot.
Kwisten's dont-you-dare-crash-on-me-button sounds like a plan too.
As am I. I have a suspicion it'll be a fine tool. And I'm quite eager to see what the new UI is like. There's bound to be some changes, as new features will be added. My guess is the Podium team will try its best to retain a clutter-free UI that allows for a straigthforward workflow.
As I have a limited brain, that's just the way I like it.
This is from the Cadalog newsletter:
"(...) We are still working on Podium 2.0 which will support both Windows
and the Mac. We are sorry for the delays but we think this will be a
significant release. To be honest, we are still weeks away from a public
beta version. Feel free to keep asking us on Podium 2.0's progress."
Just a little more patience ...
So this is where all of the Mac related spam's comin' from, eh?
If it's the same lot that sells TurboSketch, you're most likely not going to get much support.
Edit: they've done it again. 199,95 $ for a renderer that produces cr*p images. Unbelievable. Companies like these ...
Allrighty then. Apologies!

Clearly, if I've misinterpreted what you said, then an apology is due. Consider this one.
If.
I'm not altogether sure I like what you're implying. Kwisten's always done his best to advocate - be it in writing or by rendering - the qualities of all the rendering apps he uses.
Show some courtesy.

I forgot that one! Which is a lot like leaving Adolf H. out of yer "Most Despicable Bstrds Of All Times" list.
Hmm ... let's see. Word, for starters. I use it every day, all day. I hate it. It's a bloated piece of cr*p.
Second place: TurboSketch. Cheap, but sucks. Bad customer support too. That I find a turnoff.
Third place: Windows Media Player. Anything it does, another app does better. Just as bloated as Word is.
(Just to say something positive too - best apps: SU, Podium and MoI.)
Very nice model! I greatly enjoy your posts. More, please! (As for the style - I agree with Kwisten. This kind of stuff proves Tom Wolfe wrong. Though maybe not in a way he'd like.
)
If it's any consolation, you had me fooled for a second.
Very nice - all of them! Looking forward to the Podium version. Big file, though. Might cause a splat. Would make a fine test file, eh?
Dig the model too. I've always liked that house. No luck on finding anything by Scharoun in the Warehouse, though. This from PPB?
