If you don't want people to download and use your model to integrate it into theirs, you have two choices;
don't upload it to the Warehouse don't allow people to download it (this can be set in the "Share" settings)Otherwise the whole purpose of the Warehouse is to share models with others to freely download/modify/use etc. so it is as simple as that; if you don't like these terms, don't use the Warehouse. Don't tell you were not warned before because you have (supposedly read and) agreed the Terms of Use.
Anything beyond this is mere courtesy (say to give credits or not to contributors whose parts/models one "reuses").
