I have a flat face, I have a circle where I want the hole to be, but I don't know how to turn it into a hole.

Would it make an empty hole?

How do I put holes into existing drawings? Say for like drainage or wires.

I want it to get smaller as it goes down if possible.

I am doing a small project, acutally making a planter. I have decied to do a tapered triangle design, you may have guessed, and I am having trouble figuring this out. Can you help?
