RE: INTERIOR
thanks to all of your comments. i appreciate them all.
@ pete.. i always wanted to honed my modeling and rendering, but my work keeps pulling me away from that. that is why whenever i found some breaks i come back. I can't believe that for a year i only managed to do less than 15 renders.

INTERIOR
I was writing a new tutorial on interior with different lighting sources (ies, daylight, double sided materials, spotlight, omni, etc). I edited the same model that i used with my first interior with the old vray, added some new decors, furnitures mainly from trangan, then ended up having this render.
sketchup 7 and vray sketchup
too big to put here directly whilst i did a thumbnail to photobucket to view a bigger size.

RE: Share your Digital Photography shots here
@Chris i like your images. stunning. the slow shutter that you use in your waterfall is great . just wish you have increased a bit your fstop value to avoid some of the burn... nevertheless great shot.
@stefan.. nice first image. -

RE: Vray not for me ?
funny. i have the same with other engines. because i have used vray and i could say comfortably that i started understanding it and be mindful on what others have been successful or not. now when i tried other render engines, i become frustrated and always compare them with vray. i guess its all about having that comfort level whenever you start another software.
I guess one thing that i have learned from this thread...
Shine and be creative with the software where you are comfortable and used to, and if you want to use another one try the trial version before you buy it.
