Hmmm, by mainstream do you mean non-sketchyphysics? If that is the case, i would love to see what you can do with making courses (Like different tracks that can be used with SP). Another suggestion would be some organic modeling.
PS The ship looks really good! Can't wait to see the finished product!

BTM has a great Animal tutorial that would give you a good idea on how to start! (of course, it can be used on other organic modeling, not just animals)

I was thinking more of a red-ish color, becuase my EC car was green. PS it is based off a Honda CR-Z (never released)

Yeah, here is the current progress. No softening yet, but i did make my own mirrors! Screenies time!

My latest project is a SUV Crossover (a small, Prius-looking SUV) based on a never released Honda. Some screenies below. Tell me if you like it and where to improve.

Looking great! I still don't like the look of the bumper but what can i do about it... XD
