Nice. Slightly offtopic, but if you enjoy vehicle 3D modeling I've found this polish site very useful, especially for WWII tanks, planes, locomotives or other old vehicles/machinery.

I meant to give this link on your t34 thread but forgot.

RE: T-44 tank
Which tank are you making next? And will you upload this model anywhere?

RE: Prussian Steam Locomotive
"What are your plans with this, gonna do any texturing?"
Wish I could, but the best I can do right now is apply some materials. I have yet to learn how to UV map a model (outside sketchup anyway, which isn't that effective at texture mapping ).
"Is the cab area really that spartan?"
Nooo, it's not complete yet.
The cab has lots of things. Here's how it should look (not my model): http://i429.photobucket.com/albums/qq17/niki68photo/1098.jpg And the loco has a tender as well, which should be easy to build.

RE: T-44 tank
Nice. Great work on the turret!
Speaking of rendering in Kerky; In case you're unaware, you can make some very good looking renders in Kerky with Inverse Attenuation. After importing the sketchup .xml file, go to Settings / Scene and look for Attenuation and select "Inverse". After that, render the scene using "Photomap High+AA" and see how the new render looks!

Prussian Steam Locomotive
Hey there. This is a work in progress I've had lots of fun with. Built in sketchup and rendered in 3DS max.
It's a Prussian (German) steam loco first built around the 1890's. It looks very different from American or British-built steam engines, but could easily top 70 Mph, making it reliable for high-speed passenger trains. -
RE: Bungalow
Nice. I love the color scheme on the inside. Keep up the great work.

RE: Bungalow
Nice. Wish my house would look like that. Will it also have an interior by any chance?
Felicitari!

A few steam locomotives
Here are a few steam locos, available for download on the 3D warehouse, plus one that is still unfinished. Had lost of fun building them. First up is a BR-52
A photo of the real thing for reference purposes - http://cfr.stfp.net/Pic/08/A-8150.1062O%5ED_a:1.jpg
Plus a narrow gauge steam loco, also my first serious sketchup model last year:
And another narrow gauge PX48 (a polish engine) that's still in the works.
Sketchup is awesome btw. super easy to learn.
