The longer side radius needs to be twice the size of the shorter one

Hi I’m trying to make a cover on a 90 angle , but the 2 sides have different radius, how can i blend the 2 together , thinking of follow me some how
Maybe do the longer radius around the 90 angle and then scale down?

I cant seem to upgrade.... was always no problem before
I get my weekly update , and 2-3 apps are not updated,
