P.s. I would pay to see a step by step tutorial of your post pro techniques.

RE: WINTER SUNSET
David, this is beautiful, the sense of time and place you get from looking at the image is fantastic. Bravo, sir.

Bravo! I do like the second image with the warmth/cold contrast in it.
Have to agree, the second image is stunning.
Would love to know your technique for adding the blacksmith and the lighting.

RE: Riverbank winter NPR
Superb, you should use these to create your own christms cards.

RE: Best goal ever?
It's a fabulous goal, but not the best ever, in my opinion. Techincally, it's superb but in my view the keeper has to be inside the box for it to be truly great!
Rooney's and Sinclair's are better goals to my mind.

RE: Simple country barn
Thanks Solo, it's a great explanation.
Can the proxies be used in SU in general, or, is it a Thea specific tool?

As you can see there is a lot going on in scene that for those who have never used proxy's might look very strange, not to worry I can explain that very quick and easily.
Hi Solo,
This is looking great, if you get a spare moment, could you explain the use of proxies? Think it would be very useful.
Cheers.

RE: Marathons etc
Well done Todd, that's superb stuff, especially with that heat! There's no way on earth I could run in those temperatures. Thankfully, it's never THAT hot over here in the UK.

All in all - it was a great experience that I don't care to repeat.
My feet REALLY hurt!
That's the thing, I saif that, but it's bloody addictive!

I will run my first 1/2 Marathon on 11/11/2012 in San Antonio. Looking forward to it too!
How did it go Todd?
I am continuing my running adventure - I managed to get in (via the ballot!) to the London Marathon. Amazing. The training starts ..... NOW!

RE: Once Loved
Lovely, as ever, John.
Is the plaster on the walls a texture? Or have you dirtied it up in PS a bit as well?

RE: New sketchucation HERE @LAST
Hi everyone,
I'm in the middle of moving house so have missed all this news! Looks great - well done to everyone involved with the new site - it's really taken it to the next level. Although, I am now going to need a new avatar, as mine simply won't do on here now!
Just wondering if there is an 'announcement' thread or the like which describes the changes to the new community and the new features/benefits of premium membership etc?
Many thanks,
Lee

RE: Floods
Wow, hadn't seen that photo of the flats before, now that is frightening.

Floods
2 days of rain in the Yorkshire Dales and this is what happens 40 miles down stream! Thankfully, our place is up a little hill, but this is a pic of the bottom of the street tonight.
This link has some more pics if anyone interested: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-york-north-yorkshire-19741901

RE: Rosedale
Beautiful John, absolutely lovely. Rosedale is a beautiful place (if it's the NY Moors one) and you've done it justice.

Look forward to seeing this - although won't it be a First Group train soon?!
