You have a great talent in designing rugs. You have done a great rug design. The color is very artistic that really fits in the turning design style.

      Oh thank you.

The customer was also very satisfied. In the meantime he orderd a second one, which is in production right now.

a bathrobe on hangers you can find here:

      Error 404 (Not Found)!!1

      favicon

      (sketchup.google.com)

textured with the same texture it looks like this:

    • RE: Method for realistic towel and bathrobe, any ideas?

for towels I've found this model at the warehouse:

      Error 404 (Not Found)!!1

      favicon

      (sketchup.google.com)

then I retextured it with that texture:

      http://www.mayang.com/textures/Fabric/html/Other%20Fabrics/index.html

I've made a bumpmap and applied it.

then I've got that result with twilightrender. Looks quite OK, I think...

I've changed the contrast of the bumpmap but the result isn't as I want it to be.

      could you recommend some changes?

      and here's the new bumpmap

    • Settings for a rug (twilightrender)?

I've designed that rug and ordered it for my customer. Now I want to improve my skills a bit and I'm trying to reconstruct this rug.

here is the texture I've designed:

      and heres the bumpmap

the render is made with the setting color/#1

is there a better setting for that case?

Oh I really can understand that! There are many projects of mine, which I started at the very beginning, with many mistakes, getting more and more complicated. I have to rebuild them too. But the skills are getting better and better, every day!

    • RE: New Kitchen WIP for client

the model looks nice but I would ad some reflection at the floor and I would set a metal texture at the cooker hood.

The upper part of the window seems to be able to open. If the blinds are installed at the niche the window couldn't be opened.
