[comp] ceiling lamp
I'd like to share a component which I have modeled. I use this lamp sometimes at my work as interior designer in large rooms. I didn't find a related model in the web, so I builded it my self. It is renderready for twilight. Hope you like it.

RE: Have you built what you design in sketchup?
I'm still new to sketchup, so I don't have much works realised. One thing is the renovation of my interior designshop:

That way I'll have something to share with you disco guys
Oh that would be great. I'm also not happy with my people on the palladium- project

RE: Recent Projects
very professional. I like the way you placed the people in your scene, very natural

RE: WIP Kitchen
I saw the colors and my first thought was dermotcoll

nice start but I think there is still much work to do. The dimensions seem to wrong and the lightsettings are not OK

RE: [WIP] Reconstruction of my favorite disco Palladium New York
yesterday I rebuild the famous stairs with the lights. I rendered the scene again in twilight with preset low for 12 hours. I don't know what happend but the beams weren't rendered right to the end.

RE: Shura's event designs
wow! This is really very very impressive! I am always interessted in good lightning secens and to learn about rendering that. These are very interessting projects and it shows the right light is everything.
It gives me new inspiration to return to my Disco- project.
How did you set the lightbeams at your stage- render?

RE: Home 11
looks very good!! Personally I would change the rooftexture, it looks a bit like tiles

RE: First steps with Thea...
great stuff and the arrangements at the interior are as always very professional.
Thea seams to be be very professional but still to professional for me. I'm still happy with twilight and sometimes I look at kerkythea to see if I'm ready for a more professional application. But it seems that I have still to learn a few lessions. Someday, when I see that some settings like fog, lightbeams and so on are imortant for my work I'm going to look for a new renderengine like Thea or Vray.

RE: David 3d Scans

RE: David 3d Scans
I'm also using the david scanner. How did you calibrate the cam? did you print out the backgroundpoints in bigsize?
