      Flight game

For those who like to fly this is worth a go, play online with up to 8 others in an air race, it's extremely fun and you can customise your air craft giving it an extintive look, graphics are top notch, tilt control system which works very well with this one, iv tried many flight games on mobile devices but so far this is the best , some races must be arranged between SCF users lol

    • RE: Are you an animator like me?

Iv being using sketchup to do animations using characters and so on, not the ideal tool for it but you can view some of my work by looking into my previous posts and my blog, failing to animate in SU iv used my concepts and trying to imply them into an app for mobile devices, currently under preproduction, but because of the lack of quads in designing characters in SU I will need to model them again using either 3D Max, Cinema4D, Blender and so on, iv managed to animate characters using a modified method in SU, I have a short clip in 1 of my posts, but it took me quite a long time to get any progression in animating in SU, I suggest learning a different 3D software like Blender which is designed for animations, I myself haven't learnt blender but I wish I had as SU was the wrong tool, have you done any animations in SU you would like to share?

    • RE: Quads and SketchUp-Best methods?

@Rich, this Wing3D you mentioned Rich, I must admit iv never heard of it until now, is it difficult to use, I only need to use quads for character rigging and was wondering have you had any experience in using it? Can I riff characters and export them to outside program's like unity for example?

@earthmover, cheers for the feedback, iv recently signed up for 3d max but haven't had the time to look into it as of yet but looking forward to trying it out, I only hope I can make sense if it's interface and progress quickly with it, on another note are you fermilar with the magazine earthmover, it's my fathers favourite mag, it's a magazine dedicated to excavaters, any connection? Lol
I'm sure Rich will be delighted with you response also after spending his hard earned cash on 3D max lol
      Thanks again earthmover

@Rich, forget the trial, go for the student version, it lasts longer, they don't even do a background check, when you purchased 3D max did you get 1or more liesence?
