I was looking around on the 3D warehouse, and came across this bed

Could anyone point me out to a tutorial, or help me out how this was made. Especially the bedcover.

I am trying some programs in demo to make renders (artantis, C4d, Cheetah,...) to mak up my mind wich one to buy.
What is your advice, how do you make the export - import from SU to C4d ?
