    • V-ray VFB channels issue. Help needed!

Hi, i made this account just to make this question, since i'm having some seriuous inconveniences by not being able to solve this issue:
i've always rendered with v-ray for sketchup. for my images, i rely heavily on postprocessing in photoshop , since i find it very freeing and i think i get the best results this way. I use extensively the vfb channels (material id, zdepth, mate sahdows, etc...) in my processing.

Here comes my issue: in the studio i'm working they have just upgraded to sketchup 2014 and vray 2.0 . All is fine with it, but when i render, the Vray Frame Buffer only dispplays the RGB and Alpha as available channels. I doesn't matetr wich channels i select as output in the vray options, those two are the only ones who appear in the VFB, and the only files that i get when using the "save all channels" option. If i create a custom channel from the options, that custom channel does apepar, but it is full black and i don't really know what that customm channel actually represents.

So, any ideas from you fellows? i have tried different save and export methods, but all remains the same. i know this will probable be the only time i write in this forum, and i hope i'm not expecting too much, but the help will be gratly appreciated. Hope you can find a way to help me, and i hope to be able to retribute taht help to you somehow : )
