Hello all -
I've done some reading and I can tell that this question has been asked before, and that there are lots of ways to do this kind of thing. My needs are so incredibly simple and my experience is so incredibly low that I am hoping to find the absolute simplest way!
I am making a simple design for an aquarium canopy that will fit onto a bowfront corner tank. So, I will need to create pieces of wood that are around 1 inch tall and 1 inch side with a curve around about 90 degrees. The idea of drawing a 2d shape and 'pulling' it into 3d is really amazing for someone like me who is new to this.
Unfortunately I can't just draw an arc and pull it. Can anyone recommend the simplest way to get that same effect, hopefully something newbie friendly?
Any advice much, much appreciated!! In the meantime I'll keep reading and playing with the tool. Very cool!
thanks, Dave
