Copy the .plugin and .rb to the SU2013 Plugins folder:
/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2013/SketchUp/Plugins

Hi I use Mac Lion but don´t exist SketchUp 2013 in my directory maybe is hide or I don´t Know how to see.
