On the 3rd Render, the tiles have a two tone color but they
need to be brought closer together so they wont look so spotty.
      Edges need to be beveled.

      icedkasz,
Yes, was thinking of beveling the edges some but wanted
to try seeing if it is needed at a higher distance.

      honoluludesktop,
Ive never worked with tile before but did have some
guy do that inside the house.

I added another render but the model i borrowed from the
Luxrender forum. The tile is from SketchUp. Hoping im not
thrown in to jail for this. ๐Ÿ˜„

Was curious to see if there was caustics on the
shadow side, so i moved the light to the side
and found some behind the apple and on the base
      of the metal.

      Pete,

I think they used to say path traced renderers were biased
but now days it seems they are a little of both, I dont know your asking a dummy. ๐Ÿ˜„

      Here's another render.
Ive been trying to get some caustics to show and
i changed the velvet material to a glossy material.
I also increased my bounce settings and changed the hdri's coordinates.

Ive been using and hdri that has an interior image but was thinking
maybe if i changed it to an hdri that has and exterior image.
I think interior lights dont have all the colors.

      Pilou,
Its a Path Traced render. Rendered at 300+ passes or cycles and
took about 1/2 hour on my old single core Laptop.

Below is another render with 1000 passes and took 1hr 19mins.

      Materials are created with nodes.

Engine is Windows32 and came out yesterday from
