Is anyone there having trouble using this plugin with the most current version of SU Make?

The icons are visible and I can click on them, but nothing happens when I click on an object.

Hello all, new to SU.

Frustrating. I'm trying to follow along with the tutorial in the link above, but I'm having some trouble. At around 1:31, he opens the vray material editor, right clicks "scene materials" and "adds vray material". As soon as he does this, a material shows up in the "in model" materials window.

When I get to that last step, no material shows up in the SU materials window. Is there a setting I need to change for this to recognize newly created vray materials? Also, in the Windows>Preferences, I do not see vray as an extension. Could this be causing the problem? How would I get SU to recognize vray as an extension?
