Thanks a lot mate. Last time is used a Mac, which was a fair few years ago, I destroyed it and we haven't spoken since πŸ˜‰

BTW, I run an after school creative centre for youth and we do a bit in sketchup. When we found this site, we had a look at your work Solo and it really got our youth pumped to delve into sketchup more so just a personal thanks from me πŸ˜„

OK, so now I've realised I have a few more questions I hope you dont mind me asking. Can I plug in a 3 button mouse and use the scroll wheel and middle mouse button on a mac?
Im just starting to learn a little about plugins and scripts. Are there different scripts for PC and mac or can they be used on either platform?

      Cheers again.

    • Mac from a PC

Hi everyone. Im new here but am learning a lot from reading around the place.

I broke my PC this weekend and have been a PC user for a long time and am very used to PCs, but work has said they will buy me a Mac. I thought OK, then I realised that Macs only have a single mouse button and so I was wondering what navigating a sketchup model is like with a Mac. I use the middle and scroll wheel buttons a lot in sketchup and I wonder if its as easy to do this in a mac, or am i going to be changing the tool I use all the time?
I dont need any PC vs Mac stuff. Just interested in peoples impressions in regards to Sketchup.

      Cheers
